What is Foundations 4 Living?

Foundations 4 Living (aka Foundations for Living Society) equips church leaders and individuals to be disciple-makers. We believe every Jesus follower can be trained to be a disciple-maker who can also train and equip other disciple-makers. Our passion is to make disciples across the street and around the world.

What is disciple-making?

First of all it is hard work. To be a disciple-maker involves life-on-life mentorship (individually or in small groups) through a guided process, founded in the Bible, with the help of the Holy Spirit so that by being discipled, participants are equipped to be disciple-makers.

Do you provide training or resources?

Yes! Foundations 4 Living offers:

•           In-person and online training for individuals, small groups, and churches

•           Discipleship resources and guides

How do you use donations?

Gifts support:

•           Translation of materials into other languages

•           Training pastors and disciple-makers globally

•           Expanding access to tools for disciple-making

Where are you located?

The headquarters are in Surrey, BC Canada and there is an office in the USA. But we also work in over 20 countries around our world.

How is your work structured overseas?

We train national directors in the countries where we work who in turn train pastors and church leaders who in turn train the people in their churches. The goal everywhere is to equip lay people to be the disciple-makers.

What’s available in the bookstore?

The Bookstore offers a discipleship training manual for church leaders, a Gospel booklet to use in sharing your faith with others, as well as four books that are structured to guide people from before they believe right through to living the abundant life we have been promised.
